[Qa-jenkins-dev] Bug#898761: jenkins: d-i jobs not running due to orig repository move

All the d-i jobs are now effectively not running anymore as stuff moved
from alioth to salsa and from svn to git.

I remember the d-i guys not being extremely happy with the situation, so
I wonder if we should spend effort in fixing those jobs or just
disable/remove them.
