[Qa-jenkins-dev] http(s) proxy on armhf

Hi Vagrant,

I noticed that the armhf setp and maintenance jobs are reporting these
warnings (or are those errors?  Though they don't seem fatal) from the
proxy.  They seem to be related to the use of https for our repository:
