reproducible: Remove armhf systems with only 1GB of ram (bpi0, hb0,
wbd0, rpi2b, rpi2c) and adjust build jobs accordingly.

These systems are some of the oldest systems in use, produce the fewest
builds per day, and one of them (hb0) currently has a disk failure.
