[Qa-jenkins-dev] Bug#903400: jenkins.debian.org: have diffoscope_distribution_test.sh check also for reprotest, etc

diffoscope_distribution_test.sh is currently checking whether pypi
contains the same version of what is in debian.

We also have other projects on pypi, at the very least reprotest, and we
should check for that as well.  IMHO a single job is fine, or at most
a single script shared by multiple jobs.
