[Qa-jenkins-dev] Bug#919851: reproducible: re-deploy jtx1c

jtx1c-armhf-rb.debian.net had a disk failure, and thus needed to be
re-installed.

It has now been reinstalled, awaiting configuration.

New ssh keys:

256 SHA256:V8CIP3rzxgTHDjzhhVFPbTcfB+hHwppvcjbhQEfFTGQ root at jtx1c (ECDSA)
256 SHA256:PsPIxakEQwWdCxNR9WGICtDFRRaQJhco3Q8KqZjYOxQ root at jtx1c (ED25519)
2048 SHA256:nlxrEZhjN9jbj8QztoJPUW7tsp1bT3gu74hIO7RVg5c root at jtx1c (RSA)

All other settings should basically be the same, and I don't think it's
been removed from jenkins git yet, but let me know if you have
difficulties re-enabling.
