I'm not sure what exactly the relation between jenkins.d.org and
jenkins.d.net is, but h01ger asked for a bug against this
pseudo-package, so I assume I reached the correct people.

I see from 46.16.76.207 every minute git-upload-pack, aka fetch, for:
- https://salsa.debian.org/perl-team/modules/packages/debsums.git
- https://salsa.debian.org/release-team/debian-archive-keyring.git

Every six minutes for:
- https://salsa.debian.org/haskell-team/package-plan.git

Some are erratic, but not synchronized with repo activity:
- https://salsa.debian.org/helmutg/rebootstrap.git
