Hi,

As a "parallel" bug to #932366 and since:

  https://salsa.debian.org/reproducible-builds/reprotest/commit/dbca954ad3cb50b4af331d827b3dc5838953ec35

… we can now drop the Jenkins jobs for reprotest too. Using Salsa not
only offloads the maintenance work elsewhere, it also supports local
merge requests, etc. etc.
