because thats an intermediate state which no package is in for long

different times. (and this is because one job can run more often because it's
less ressource hungry.)

I guess thats also because of what I just explained plus rounding fun/errors.

I'll fix that one when I'm sitting at my big screen again, I'm currently on my
laptop and navigating that 5 year old codebase is a challenge already on the
big screen...
