Bug#1059492: dropping i386 from tests.r-b.o/debian

hi,

as I wrote on December 26th 2023 when filing #105949:

To ease maintenance and to free ressources for testing amd64
and because Debian trixie will probably be released without an
i386 kernel (and without d-i too), I'd like to stop doing CI
builds for i386.

Today in 2025, we also have https://i386.reproduce.debian.net/
(with the workers since today, May 15, running amd64 kernel
as well as userland) so I consider the i386 tests on
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/ as almost obsolete
and due to their resource needs I want to shut them down,
to either use less resources (or have more resources available
for other stuff).

If noone objects quickly and well, I will go ahead in the next
days. I also don't intend to keep much backup of those i386
tests, if any.

It was fun as long as it lasted, 32bit x86 is almost gone.
