    rebootstrap: remove hppa*nobiarch jobs
    
    This distinction doesn't make sense for hppa. The following jobs need to
    be removed manually:
     * rebootstrap_hppa_gcc49_nobiarch
     * rebootstrap_hppa_gcc5_nobiarch
