[Qa-jenkins-scm] Build failed in Jenkins: d-i_manual_en_html #177

Changes:

[pkern] Drop the 20MB minimum for s390.

First of all it's gone, but on s390x you need >128MB because of locale-gen
for en_US.UTF-8. (Which means that the minimum in the table is also wrong.)

This invocation of the script has been called using "en html" as arguments.
