    reproducible: redistribute 13 cores and 24gb from pb17 to pb3 + pb4 (used to build LEDE, Arch & coreboot) and the FreeBSD vm
    
    pb17 had 13 cores and 24gb ram (and 5 were additionally availble)
    
    bedore:
    freebsd: 3 cores + 6gb RAM
    pb3+4:   8 cores + 16g RAM
    
    after:
    freebsd: 9 cores + 19gb RAM
    pb3+4:   12/11 cores + 24g RAM
