    rebootstrap: drop architecture tilegx
    
    tile is about to be removed from linux. See
    https://lwn.net/Articles/749293 and https://lkml.org/lkml/2018/3/7/424.
    There is no point in keeping it alive without upstream support.
    
    This commit removes the following jobs:
    
        rebootstrap_tilegx_gcc7
        rebootstrap_tilegx_gcc7_supported
        rebootstrap_tilegx_gcc8
        rebootstrap_tilegx_gcc8_supported
