Vagrant Cascadian pushed to branch master at Debian QA / jenkins.debian.net

Commits:
ba3509ed by Vagrant Cascadian at 2021-03-31T11:33:02-07:00
reproducible: Add minimal number of jobs for virt32a in a disabled
state.

Needs 4 more jobs, but can be added later after the pbuilder tarballs
are built, and shuffled to reassign jobs appropriately.
