rdn: support unstable in rebuilder-debian.sh

As rebuilderd now support multiple releases, rebuilder-debian.sh needs
to specific which source package to download. This change extracts the
package name and version number from the buildinfo filename and uses the
<package>=<version> syntax of apt to download the correct version.
