./hosts/common/etc/sudoers.d/jenkins: let sudo keep the TMPDIR variable
Some tools use the environment variable TMPDIR as the only way to
influence where they put the temporary directories and do not have a
command line option for that, for example mmdebstrap. Since a 15 GiB
/tmp became too small for the mmdebstrap-jenkins-worker job it would be
nice if it were possible to use $(pwd) as TMPDIR instead.
Second try. We now add TMPDIR inside the double quotes, separated from
http_proxy by a space. From the man page:
> The argument may be a double-quoted, space-separated list or a single value
> without double-quotes.
