[R-pkg-team] Comments regarding r-cran-gganimate_1.0.5-1_amd64.changes

I am strongly tempted to reject this package because there is nothing in the
package that indicates what the license is.  I am not going to do so because
I can see from https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/gganimate/index.html
that the license is, in fact, MIT.  Please add a comment to debian/copyright
for your next upload to indicate where the licensing information can be found.
