Unfortunately the package is not all GPL-2, so I am going to have to reject
the package due to a missing license in debian/copyright:
# extract_tests.R ################################################################
# This file is part of the R package `documentation`. #

# DESCRIPTION #
# =========== #
# Extract blocks for testing. #

Note: There is a bootstrapping problem here. testextras needs
r-cran-parsetools to build, but r-cran-parsetools contains generated content
using testextras, so it's not DFSG free for main until testextras is in.
I will review and accept them together to work around this.
