[R-pkg-team] Bug#951305: r-cran-rockchalk: unsatisfiable build-dependency on r-cran-kutils

Hi Ralf,

I would have bet I have uploaded r-cran-kutils together with
r-cran-rockchalk to new - but it does not seem to be the case.

@Thorsten:  If you have time could you please have a look at the
just uploaded r-cran-kutils?
