Dear Thorsten,
Looks like upstream did a global find and replace while updating their
domain name from statnetproject.org or statnet.org, but not all the content
is moved over.
http://statnet.org redirects to https://github.com/statnet/Workshops/wiki

The original attribution instruction page is still live:
http://statnetproject.org/attribution/
I've copied down the attribution information at the external URL and
updated debian/copyright:
https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-cran-statnet.common/commit/0da750e6ccb3454fe5097cff425eb2c4f9477261
Shall we re-submit, or is that not enough?
(I've also asked upstream to address the situation, but I would prefer not
to wait for a new release:
https://github.com/statnet/statnet.common/issues/7 )
