Dear Thorsten,

Looks like upstream did a global find and replace while updating their
domain name from statnetproject.org or statnet.org, but not all the content
is moved over.

http://statnet.org redirects to https://github.com/statnet/Workshops/wiki

I've copied down the attribution information at the external URL and
updated debian/copyright:

Shall we re-submit, or is that not enough?

(I've also asked upstream to address the situation, but I would prefer not
