[R-pkg-team] r-cran-network_1.16.0-1_amd64.changes is NEW

r-cran-network seems to have disappeared from
https://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html and its ITP bug is still open
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=951510 ..

Any suggestions as to what happened?
