Arrg, sure this is wrong - I intended to make r-cran-av
   Depends: libmp3-tag-perl

I agree it does not make much sense, yes.  But that package is quite
cheap.

I agree but the file is expected under /usr/lib where I can not copy
anything.  To avoid patching and spending additional time on an issue
that will be possibly resolved with next upstream version I'd prefer to
simply add the missing Depends.  Would you agree with this?
