[R-pkg-team] Bug#973771: RM: r-cran-sem [armel] -- RoQA; arch:all dependency not installable on armel

Dear ftp-masters,

r-cran-sem has a dependency on r-cran-arm (arch:all). The latter package
recently gained a dependency on r-cran-hmisc which is not available on
armel, because it requires nodejs to build. As r-cran-sem is not
installable, I suggest to remove it. r-cran-sem can't be built again on
armel because it Build-Depends on r-cran-mi (arch:all) which has a
dependency on r-cran-arm too.
