I think this is simply due to r-bioc-rhdf5 and its
reverse-dependencies (r-bioc-biomformat, r-bioc-hdf5array, etc.) not
being rebuilt yet for the transition:
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/r-api-bioc-3.12.html
