[R-pkg-team] Bug#1002512: Please remove Build-Depends on r-cran-multicore

I am currently cleaning up a little and removing a handful of r-cran-*
packages that have vanished from CRAN years ago.

One of those is 'multicore' which was subsumed in package 'parallel' which is
part of base R.

Package r-other-mott-happy.hbrem uses it -- and can in all likelihood just
use 'parallel'. It would be kind if you could update it accordingly.
