[R-pkg-team] Bug#981623: r-cran-glmmtmb: needs a rebuild when r-cran-tmb is updated

Hi Maintainer

Since the upload of r-cran-tmb 1.7.18-1, r-cran-glmmtmb's autopkgtests
show hundreds of similar errors [1]:

Error in .Call("FreeADFunObject", ptr, PACKAGE = DLL) :
  "FreeADFunObject" not available for .Call() for package "glmmTMB"
Calls: <Anonymous>

Yet the auopkgtests still pass.  I found this issue is known upstream,
and I have scheduled a binNMU (1.0.2.1-1+b1) for r-cran-glmmtmb, which
seems to have fixed it [2].

It would be nice if we had some automated way of detecting when
r-cran-glmmtmb needs a rebuild.
