OK, OSL is just an alternative option for the license.  As the DESCRIPTION
file of the package specifies, the license for the code is

      License: AGPL-3 | file LICENSE

So for Debian we simply provde the code AGPL-3 licensed.  The intention
of the authors becomes clear when reading the file NEWS:

    dual licensing the package with AGPLv3 and OSL based on user request

I hope this clarifies the license situation and re-uploaded to new.
