The reason is simply that nobody has scheduled any tests for
r-bioc-mutationalpatterns in unstable recently.

After dh-r/20210303 was uploaded and built, I scheduled tests for
r-bioc-affy in unstable, only because it was near the top of the list
alphabetically.

Based on those successful runs, I have marked dh-r/20210303 urgent and
it has migrated to testing.
