Dear Maintainer,

while debugging r-cran-dt affected by #985281, Andreas Tille
noticed the presence of broken symlinks in what seems to be the
package r-cran-crosstalk:

  /usr/lib/R/site-library/crosstalk/lib/ionrangeslider -> ../../shiny/www/shared/ionrangeslider (r-cran-crosstalk)
  /usr/lib/R/site-library/crosstalk/lib/bootstrap/shim -> ../../../shiny/www/shared/bootstrap/shim (r-cran-crosstalk)
  /usr/lib/R/site-library/crosstalk/lib/bootstrap/js/npm.js -> ../../../../shiny/www/shared/bootstrap/js/npm.js (r-cran-crosstalk)

I'm unsure of the severity; I can't find justification for RC,
but noted a precedent "serious" bug affecting radiant, #985523,
so used "important" in doubt.  Feel free to adjust accordingly.
