Hi Nilesh,
unfortunately as the LPPL is not part of /usr/share/common-licenses please add the complete license text to your debian/copyright.
Besides our hardworking trainees left a note:
Interesting case where there actually is never a copyright statement. Indeed, the DESCRIPTION file:
Author: Jing Wang <jing.wang.2 at vanderbilt.edu>
Maintainer: Bing Zhang <bing.zhang at vanderbilt.edu>
and
NetSAM\inst\doc\NetSAM.Rnw:
\title{Manual of NetSAM}
\author{Jing Wang, Bing Zhang}
same for
NetSAM\vignettes\NetSAM.Rnw:
\title{Manual of NetSAM}
\author{Jing Wang, Bing Zhang}
So, my question is: where does the packager take the info that the sole copyright holder is Copyright: 2014-2020 Jing Wang <jing.wang.2 at vanderbilt.edu> ?
Thanks!
Thorsten
