Seems like we have a race condition. I dumped my local one and
routine-updated what was in salsa.

Seems like I had not uploaded it. Just upgraded it to a newer version
and sent it away.

I typically do. For the ones with build dependencies in the NEW queue I
once had my own local repository but at some point stopped doing that.
