Hi,

according to bug #1025203 this package does not build on mipsel.
I tried some suggested workaround and forwarded the issue to
Debian Mips team.  Both did not enhanced the situation.  Since
there is basically a zero probability that this package will be
used in practice on mipsel architecture it should be removed
for this architecture to enable smooth testing migration.
