The error

  unable to load shared object '/usr/lib/R/site-library/rstan/libs/rstan.so':
  /usr/lib/R/site-library/rstan/libs/rstan.so: undefined symbol: _ZN3tbb8internal26task_scheduler_observer_v37observeEb
Calls: <Anonymous> ... lapply -> FUN -> loadNamespace -> library.dynam -> dyn.load

feeds the assumption that once r-cran-rstan is successfully build this issue
will most probably vanish.
