[R-pkg-team] Needed for r-bioc-* transition, please give priority (Was: r-bioc-s4arrays_1.0.4+dfsg-1_amd64.changes is NEW)

Hi ftpmasters,

since this package is a new precondition for a package in level 2 of the
r-bioc- transition[1] (package r-bioc-biocneighbors has this new
dependency) it would be really great if you could give this package
priority over other packages I habe in new queue.
