Hi Bas,

just to keep you informed:  I'm in the middle of post-release update
process to upgrade all r-* packages.  This simply takes some time.  Due
to the build against the new version of r-base the bugs you filed will
go away automatically.

As I wrote I guess all the hassle is created by the transition of r-base
which Dirk (not the first time) failed to announce.  I'd recommend to
convince Dirk that we need a transition and you might save your time to
maintain singular bug reports.
