[R-pkg-team] Bug#1028130: Possible encoding issue (Was: r-cran-hunspell: please don't use internal en_US and en_GB dictionaries)

Hi,

I finally wanted to give this bug another chance to be solved and pushed
the patches to git.  Unfortunately the problem of two failed tests
persists[1].  Before asking upstream about this (which is always a bit
complicated if we use different files then them - the Debian packaged
dictionaries) I wonder whether someone might have some clue.

May be an easiy way to test it is to build+install the package in Git
and run the script debian/tests/run-unit-test[2].
