[R-pkg-team] Bug#1058278: Source download of DeMixT broken

DeMixT source will become available when its dependency DSS is fixed.  While it is building cleanly, it is blocked from propagating because DSS is unavailable and would result in an inability for a user to install.

If you hover over the red radio button it explains this as why it is not propagating.
Once DSS is fixed, this package will automatically be available.
