I wonder what exactly the problem in packages inside Debian might be if
it is not available at the original upstream location.  Also in this
case you are creating quite some noise for busy developers without any
visible use for our users.  Your attempt to help increasing the quality
of Debian is welcome but your current means do not really contribute
to your goal.
