[R-pkg-team] Bug#1102590: r-cran-fansi fixed, not yet uploaded.

Hi all,

via Salsa I applied a fix for r-cran-fansi from Ubuntu (basically, reactivate
our patch...), and I am happy to report that the autopkgtests pass.

Salsa is a wonderful platform that empowered me to fix the package while I am
far from my key.

Given the flood of autoremoval messages today, please feel free to upload the
package before I am back home!
