[R-pkg-team] Bug#1103201: RM: r-cran-genabel, r-cran-genabel.data -- RoM; RC-buggy, abandonned upstream

Dear FTP team,

r-cran-genabel has a RC bug, which we would like to solve by removal from Debian.

The upstream GenABEL R package was archived in 2018 and there is no support for it.
Its companion data package was archived as well, therefore please also remove r-cran-genabel.data.
