I have fixed the copyright file and re-uploaded.

Sorry that I forgot to grep for 'licen' in the source tree...

I have re-checked the remaining packages that I uploaded to NEW and
found that r-cran-sfd contains a file for which the authors did not give
the permission to redistribute, and they did not answer my email sent a
couple of days ago.  Please reject this package.

The other ones look fine to me.
