This is triggering an autoremoval, which is causing trouble for the ongoing 
r-bioc transition. Pinging this bug in order to attempt the autoremoval to get 
delayed, so that (hopefully) the r-bioc transition can finish, including 
migration for r-bioc-genomicranges.
