[R-pkg-team] Bug#1123819: upstream have merged our patch

Upstream have merged our patch. Ref

As we're not very quick on following their releases I propose to include the
patch in debian for now, as per
https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-bioc-s4vectors/-/merge_requests/1

This will unblock pyrle going into tetsting.
