[R-pkg-team] Bug#1129953: Bug#1129953: r-cran-biocmanager: issue between Bioconductor 3.20 and R 4.5.0

Bonjour Patrice,

we skipped an entire release of Bioconductor because we are in the
transition of removing support for non-64-bit and non-little-endian
architectures in our r-cran-* and r-bioc-* package sets.

R 4.6 and Bioconductor 3.22 will be released in April and we will
catch up from there.
