I am still seeing failures, at least on amd64 [1] and arm64 [2].

There is also the dropped 'needs-internet' autopkgtest restriction
mentioned by Adrian.  My preference would be to stop testing other
people's web servers and not add 'needs-internet', but I leave the
choice up to you.
