[R-pkg-team] Bug#893895: dh-r: versioned dependencies are incorrect when epochs are present

Just droping a note here:

   r-cran-surveillance has in desription xtable (>= 1.7-0) and
   Debian has r-cran-xtable 1:1.8-2-2

This could use as example (positive and also negative when patching
the versioned dependency in DESCRIPTION.
