[R-pkg-team] r-cran-igraph 1.2.2-2 MIGRATED to testing

Hi Dylan,

thanks for fixing #917212.  I started some attempt to use the Debian
packaged version of igraph instead of the code copy but failed.  I think
in the long run we should prefer this anyway.
