[R-pkg-team] r-cran-devtools installation is failing in new version

Hi Team,

We are facing below error while trying to install 'r-cran-devtools' in
Ubuntu Server after yesterdays upgrade.
Can you please advise on fix for this?

Error: Execution of '/usr/bin/apt-get -q -y -o
DPkg::Options::=--force-confold -t stretch-backports install
r-cran-devtools' returned 100: Reading package lists...

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 r-cran-devtools : Depends: r-cran-usethis (>= 1.4.0) but it is not going
