[R-pkg-team] Mysteries experienced while preparing a series of R packages

* Dependencies for packages are not stated in d/control when the Debian
package is not yet existing but found on CRAN

   A respective project folder for that project is then created, but the
line in d/control is not. This delays development when first packaging
runs fail.

* Not really a bug on our side: A dependency on r-cran-matrix appeared
as (>= 1.12.14) when installed was 1.12-17-1 - the dash was transcribed
into a hyphen, which is the correct version
(https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/Matrix/index.html). The error
is with the package maintainers of r-cran-seurat, but should someone
have an idea how to correct for that - great!
