| Possibly, yes.  R 3.6.2 brought that change, it was reported as an issue
| upstream by the RedHat folks, but also integrated the changes pretty quickly
| (and about the same time as upstream).
 
On the other hand the ppc64 is one of 'blocking compilation' so it can't
really segfaults at tests.
